Welcome-I'm honored you're here. I don’t take lightly what a wedding day represents.
Having walked through both the joyful and the difficult seasons of life, I understand the weight of moments that truly matter. A wedding day is one of them—not simply an event, but a sacred commitment that deserves to be approached with care and intention.
Because of that, my role goes beyond documenting what unfolds. I guide where it matters, refine what is seen, and remain aware of what should be preserved without interruption. This allows you to be fully present, while knowing the details are being thoughtfully considered.
What is created is not happenstance. It is deliberate—imagery shaped with care, and held together by purpose from beginning to end. It is an honor I approach with respect, every time.

Refined, on purpose.

HI, I'M ASHLEY KEMATICK

I’ve spent my life in the South, where weddings are approached with both celebration and reverence. From an early age, I was drawn to the weight of those moments—the understanding that a wedding day is not casual, but a sacred commitment. That perspective shaped the way I see. When I picked up a camera, I carried that with me. Not everything needed to be captured—only what was meaningful, and worth preserving with care.
My work remains grounded in that same belief:
what is set apart should be approached with intention

Where did it start?

Some shapes will always remain, regardless of trend. I've always been drawn to clean, structured, and quietly striking gowns.

A FEW OF MY

I love objects chosen for their permanence, not their trend. We need more pieces meant to be kept, used, and passed down.

Heirloom pieces

The way material falls, holds, and moves.
Subtle, but always adding to the frame. A gorgeous fabric sets a tone, and its always a good one.

Beautiful fabrics

Not elaborate, but intentional. A place where time is taken, and moments are allowed to linger. Life happens around a well-set table.

A well-set table

There is an elegance about spaces that feel considered, not filled. Where light, structure, and detail work together without competing. Those places bring so much peace and joy.

THOUGHTFUL INTERIORS

A slower start, before the day fully begins.
I love when there is space to think, reflect, and start with intention.
